An Bord Pleanála

Paying fees and charges

Fees and charges
You can find out the fee you need to pay for your appeal, application or observation with our Fees Guide. Fees must be paid at the same time as making an appeal, application or observation, so please make sure that you have sufficient funds to allow payment on the day you make your appeal, application or observation. If the fee amount cannot be debited from your payment method, your appeal, application or observation will be classed as invalid.

Apart from fees for appeals, applications and observations, there are also fees payable for certain public access services, Freedom of Information requests and other matters. Details of charges are shown in the relevant guides.
