Environmental Impact Statement
Notice is hereby given by An Bord Pleanála (the Board) under article 112(as amended) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 that an environmental impact statement (EIS) has been received by the Board in accordance with article 109 of the Regulations in respect of the appeallistedin the Schedule below.
The EIS inthe appeal is available for inspection and purchase during office hours at the offices of the relevant local planning authority and the Board.
Submissions or observations may be made to the Board in relation to the appeallisted in the Schedule and should be received by the Board not later than four weeks beginning on the date of publication of this notice, i.e. by 5.30 p.m. on Tuesday the 16th December,08. Submissions or observations must be accompanied by a fee of €50 except in the case of certain bodies specified by the Board.
Schedule
Location: Boherlody, Lisgarriff West & Knockmeale, Dolla, Nenagh,Co. Tipperary.
Development: Permission for two Wind Turbines with increased hub height of up to 80m and blade length up to 45m (Previous Permission granted – Planning Ref. 03/51/0743), including link road and associated sub station. Also, to upgrade existing farm roadway (Previous Permission granted – Planning Ref. 06/51/1276) as access roadway/entrance and all associated site works.
