Environmental Impact Statements
Notice is hereby given by An Bord Pleanála (the Board) under article 112 (as amended) of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 that an environmental impact statement (EIS) has been received by the Board in accordance with section 128 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 in respect of the appealslistedin the First Schedule below.
Notice is also given under article 112 of the above Regulations that an EIS has been received by the Board in accordance with article 113 of the Regulations in respect of the appeal in the Second Schedule below.
The EIS ineach appeal is available for inspection and purchase during office hours at the offices of the relevant local planning authority and the Board.
Submissions or observations may be made to the Board in relation to the appealslisted in the Schedules and should be received by the Board not later than four weeks beginning on the date of publication of this notice, i.e. by 5.30 p.m. on Thursday the 2nd July, 2009. Submissions or observations must be accompanied by a fee of €50 except in the case of certain bodies specified by the Board.
