An Bord Pleanála granted permission for the proposed development.
 
The application was submitted to An Bord Pleanála on 21st April 2021 and decided on 6th September 2021.
 
The application process included a period of public consultation and followed completion of a pre-application consultation with An Bord Pleanála and the relevant local authority.
