15 / 12 / 2021An Bord Pleanála refused permission for that part of the proposed development on the portion of the site located on lands which are the subject to land use zoning objective ‘A2 Phasing– Residential Land not available for development until post 2027’ indicated on map 28(A) Navan Land Use Zoning Map of the Meath County Development Plan 2021-2027 for the proposed development and granted permission for the remainder of the development.
The application was submitted to An Bord Pleanála on 23rd August 2021 and decided on 13th December 2021.
The application process included a period of public consultation and followed completion of a pre-application consultation with An Bord Pleanála and the relevant local authority.
