Open Data and Re-use of Public Sector Information Directive, commonly known as the Open Data Directive

Public sector information posted on An Coimisiún Pleanála's web site may be downloaded subject to the terms and conditions of the latest Open Data Licence available at Open Data Licence - data.gov.ie

Public sector information owned by An Coimisiún Pleanála and not posted on its website may be applied for as set out under Freedom of Information

Any individual or entity may make a request to a public sector body to release documents /data for re-use.

You must state clearly that the request is for the re-use of public sector information.
