Local Authority Projects (LAPs)
An Coimisiún Pleanála deals with local authority projects, including Appropriate Assessments, Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO), and compulsory acquisition under the Derelict Sites Act 1990.
Maritime Area Planning
An Coimisiún Pleanála is the national body responsible for granting or refusing permission for developments within the Maritime Area.
