Strategic Infrastructure Development

Strategic infrastructure development (SID) applications are applications for planning permission directly to An Coimisiún Pleanála for major infrastructure developments by local authorities and others. Examples include motorways, railway lines, pipelines, ports or major facilities like hospitals.
