Whether the construction and retention of single-storey rear extension of stated area 15.70 sq.m shown edged in red on the drawings submitted with PRR26/60808, including the flat roof, fascia, rear doors and windows, and the opening of the original rear wall. The alteration or removal of the shared roof-valley arrangement, downpipe and drain and the previously collected water from the roofs of Townville and Ards and discharged it to the public system on the Townville side of the party wall, and the substitution of an L-shared pipe resting on the new flat roof without a connection downpipe without a connecting downpipe into that drain.
