Public Notice: Temporary Office Closure due to Industrial Action – Wednesday, 14 October 2026

Due to nationwide public sector strike action, our public office will be closed on Wednesday, 14 October 2026. All in-person services, including hand-deliveries of appeals/submissions etc., post and public access, will be suspended for the duration of the 24-hour work stoppage. 

Accordingly, the relevant provisions of section 402 of the Planning and Development Act 2024 will apply in respect of applications, appeals, referrals and other matters etc. sent by post or intended for hand delivery where the last day for receipt was the 14 October 2026 (same would be on time if received on 15 October 2026).

Normal office and service desk operations will resume on Thursday, 15 October 2026.
