Governing Board Member

Ann Fitzgerald is an independent Non-Executive Director with extensive prior experience in the public and private sectors.She has had a varied career ranging from being a civil servant in the Department of Industry and Commerce to being Secretary General of the Irish Association of Investment Managers and subsequently CEO of the National Consumer Agency. 

More recently she has been a member of a Tracker Mortgage and other Appeals Panels. Ann has over 30 years experience as a Non Executive Director, primarily in commercial and non-commercial bodies in the public sector.  Past directorships include the National Transport Authority, Irish Takeover Panel, National Development Finance Agency, the Personal Injuries Assessment Board, VHI and the Investor Compensation Co.
