Dairine Mac Fadden is a solicitor and is currently a member of the Residential Tenancies Board Tribunal and the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority Appeals Panel. Dairine  has also served as Deputy Chair of the Valuation Tribunal and as a member of the Property Services Appeals Board, the Marine Institute, and the Veterinary Council of Ireland. She trained with McCann FitzGerald and has practised in Donegal and Dublin. She also operated her own practice from 1995 to 2003 and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. From 1993 to 1995, she worked as an in-house solicitor with RTÉ.

Dairine holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) degree and a Master of Laws from University College Dublin, as well as an MA from Dublin City University. She is also a qualified mediator.
