Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015

From 1 January 2025, in accordance with the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2024 (S.I. No. 424 of 2024), An Coimisiún Pleanála is listed as a public service body for the purposes of section 6 of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015. (S.I. No. 5 of 2015). Section 4 of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 requires that on An Coimisiún Pleanála as a public service body publish a list of each Designated Public Official of the body.
