Mary Henchy
Board Member
Mary Henchy was appointed interim Board Member on 17th April 2023 for a one-year term, an extension has been granted to 16th of October 2024.
She was seconded from Dún Laoghaire / Rathdown County Council where she was a Director of Service, a post held since 2015. During her time as a Director of Service, she had responsibility for economic development, organisational change, and planning.
Mary has over 30 years’ experience working in the local authority sector starting her career in planning. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, a Master’s Degree in Regional and Urban Planning, a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering, and Diplomas in Management, and Employment Law.
Mary is a member of the Irish Planning Institute.
