People with mobility impairment

  • Our reception area and main meeting rooms are accessible.
  • Our reception and main meeting rooms all have step-free access from street. There is a gentle ramp at the doors to enter and exit the Parnell meeting room. The ramp is shown with signage and yellow floor tiles.
  • Seating area is available in reception.
  • There is one accessible parking space in front of our office on Marlborough Street.
  • If attending meetings in other parts of the building, lifts are available once you have passed through security.

People with visual impairment

  • Staff can guide you in the building or at an external venue.
  • Guide and Assistance Dogs are welcome and water is available for the dogs.
  • Our reception area and main meeting rooms are all step-free access from street. There is a gentle ramp at the doors to enter and exit the Parnell meeting room.
  • We have natural and artificial lighting in our reception area and meeting rooms. Lighting may be lowered during presentations and video presentations.

People with hearing impairment

  • We have induction loops installed in our reception area. Induction loops are installed in the Maoilbhride, Cathal Brugha and Parnell rooms. An induction loop is not available in the Séan MacDiarmada room.
  • Irish Sign Language (ISL) interpreters, real time captioning or SpeedText will be made available on request. Please let us know in advance if you wish an ISL interpreter so that we can facilitate you at An Bord Pleanála.
