Planning permission and retention for development at Phibsborough Shopping Centre and 345-349 North Circular Road, Dublin 7. The development consists of the part demolition of existing structures on the site and the construction of an extension to the existing Phibsborough Shopping Centre onto Phibsborough Road and North Circular Road comprising new retail/restaurant and office units, student accommodation, a new civic plaza and an upgrade of the existing Shopping Centre and commercial office tower facade. The proposed application does not include Units 7 and 13-15 & 17 of the existing Shopping Centre.
