Planning permission is sought for (i) removal of existing/temporary vehicular gate; (ii) provision of replacement/permanent vehicular gate; (iii) minor extension to existing concrete pavement area; (iv) provision of heavy duty reinforced grassing paving system to connect existing tarmac road to existing pumping station; and, (v) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. The replacement gate and revised access road will facilitate routine (bi-annual) and emergency maintenance works for the pumping station only.
